For my birthday post this year I wanted to do something a little different and fun and share 28 random facts about me! This will let you all know a little bit more about me and has been such a fun post for me to write! Let me know if any of you all had a quarantine birthday as well! I’m thinking that it doesn’t count if it was in quarantine right?
- I LOVE Mexican food! When I was pregnant with my son I made my husband take me to go get enchiladas at least 2 times a week lol
- I started taking dance classes at age 3 and danced competitively until I was 15, I miss it so much!
- I also did competitive cheer from about 8th grade through my senior year of high school. I miss that so much too.
- I went to college originally to be a pharmacist, I’m a math and chemistry nerd. They were always my favorite subjects in school.
- I changed my Major to Fashion Marketing and Management, lol such a change but I fell in love with it. I had always loved fashion but I loved how this was more the numbers business side behind it all.
- I love all things Disney. I could watch Disney pixar movies all day long 🙂
- I’m actually related to the real life Pocahontas (she’s my 12th great grandmother)
- I love interior design! I would love to make a career out of it one day! I got a certificate in it while in Art school.
- I LOVE to travel, I would love to start to travel a bit more now that my kids are getting a bit older.
- I love old school paper planners, something about crossing off items on your to do list is so satisfying and makes me feel so much more productive.
- I hate cooking LOL it’s a good thing my husband loves to cook and is a great cook!
- However, I love to bake.
- I love the hustle of city life! I would love to live 20 stories up in a high rise.
- I’m an insanely picky eater. I eat like a child.
- I love dressing up, getting ready and all things girly.
- I hate dip polish it always just falls right off my nails doesn’t even last a week on me 🙁
- I’m terrified of spiders, and bugs, and anything creepy crawly.
- My happy place is on the beach by the ocean.
- Everything about the ocean fascinates me. The animals, plants, the openess I would love to spend more time learning more about it.
- I see us moving to colorado in the next few years.
- I wanted to be a marine biologist growing up. I still almost wish I went that route with college.
- I could re-watch Friends over and over and not get bored.
- I could eat peanut butter and jelly every day and not get bored LOL
- I grew up boating, tubing and swimming at our lake house in Michigan. Thats my other happy place.
- Reeces are my favorite candy. I really only like chocolate candy. I don’t like any of the fruity, sour candy.
- I have the opposite of a green thumb, I can’t keep plants alive.
- I love to paint, it is a big stress reliever for me.
